We opened the doors to the van and the first thing I saw was a giraffe trying to say ‘Hi’. 4T were at the Life Ed van learning about cyber safety. The teacher was telling us that playing video games can hurt our brains. The exiting part was when we got to do fun activities and watch some videos. They were all fun but my favourite was meeting Harold. We learnt to make our passwords hard to guess and being aware of becoming friends with people we don’t know online. What great fun that was! When was a time you were almost cyber bullied, if not what would you do if you were cyber bullied?

What is a avatar you say? An avatar is a icon that looks like you but not you. No no it’s not a cartoon icon of you, it’s more like a comment avatar for a blog because instead of putting a photo of something you can put your avatar of yourself. But also it’s not a avatar from the movie Avatar 2.

But Morgan why do we use a avatar? Great question guys. We use a avatar because so we don’t put your real face online because that’s private information guys. We also use the to at least have a icon when ever you post a comment on my or the classes blogs.

I made mine this way because it needs to look like you so no silly stuff, well this is a message for the boys. You need to make it look like you because if you made it look like not you then everyone that goes on your blog will think that looks like you buts it’s not like you.
